Still thinking of the girls going inside in their tops and mini-mini-skirts (and having memory flashbacks of...you know), I cannot find a better reason for that why a guy wearing three-quarter pants (not even shorts) is not allowed to enter that bar, except that, here everything goes backwards. I guess it's supposed to be funny.
